88 s-10 balzer control arm bushings

got an 88 s-10 blazer i need to replace the control arm bushing in and it says to unload the torsion how is this done??

If you look at the torsion bars you see one end goes into the lower control arms and the other end goes into a crossmember underneath of the doors. If you are laying on your back looking up at the crossmember you will see a 3/4" head bolt i believe they are that thread through a little plate deal and press on the torsion bar key which twists the end of the torsion bar. Back the 3/4" headed bolt out to unload the tension on the bars.

you will need the tool to hold the key while you remove the bolt and plate. then you unscrew the tool. the bolt will come out and leave tension on the bar, it will rest against the plate.
