Re: looking to buy!

Mario @ Classic Performance just gave me a great deal on the Western flip kit for my truck. They also have the coils you want. Give him a call and mention I told you to call.

Oh, man. That blows. Bank or postal MO? If bank, talk to your bank. If postal, see if the local post office can help. If you have proof of payment, you might also try contacting Western Chassis directly and see if they can help you out. You might be surprised what a little begging and sympathy could do for you. (Or maybe not, but all you can do is try.)

Send him an email (Mario@classicperform.com) with your phone number. I'm sure he'd be happy to call you instead of you having to call him.

Did you check with them? They can get tons of stuff they don't list on their website. They're in the process of creating a dedicated '73-87 section but it's not ready to go yet, so contacting them directly is the best way to find what you need for the square-bodies. If Western makes it, I'm sure Mario can get it for you.

Email Mario and see what he says. He's their square-body expert.

In the meantime, try this number for Western Chassis: 888-999-9139. It's their tech line but they might be able to at least transfer you to someone who can help.

talked to western.... they can't do anything but refer me to someone who stalks their product. sport truck owes them for alot of money and never put my order through,so my only option is to.... order a new kit.

Thankyou very much for your help and trouble shooting with me to try and figure this out. greatly appreciated

That sucks. I had hoped maybe STD had sent your order in at least so they'd have a record, but after Googling STD and reading some reviews it sounds like you're not the only one who got it in the neck. I still think it'd be worth seeing if Mario @ CPP can get you what you need regardless of what whoever you talked to previously said.

Re: looking to buy!

Sport Trucks Direct is a SCAM. I ordered a western chassis lowering kit from them and they told me for three weeks it was backordered. So I called Western Chassis direct and they told me me everything was in stock. The guys at Western said to call Hunter Customs out of Tenn. 800-251-3548 talk to Lynn. I had some stuff in less than a week and the stuff that came direct ship from Western in less than two weeks.

rear shackles and hangers will get you 4" drop, so with those and removing a leaf spring or two you should have no problem getting 6" of drop
