How do you remove side windows?

hey guys, im stripping my burb down to bare metal and i need/want to get into the window channels. whats the easieast way to remove the big side windows? thanks for any help!!

if you gioing to put new rubbers in you can cut them out with a razor knife

Mine were petrified, so I cut them or more like carved them out of the rubber with a carpenters razor.

ya, mine are hideous. im not sure if its right, but they look like they are in pieces. i want new ones either way so im not worried about cutting them up, just want to save the glass.

hope you priced the new weatherstrips before you cut them...they are about 600 bucks
