POR-15 Metal-Ready - before and after

I'm getting ready to put POR-15 on the frame and I prepped it with Metal-Ready. Here's what it looked like before and after.

Re: POR-15 Metal-Ready - before and after

I thought I got everything, but it is interesting that that one little section did not turn white. I may hit that one section again tomorrow before I paint. The fumes were a little strong, but not too bad. The Metal ready was $16.50 from the POR-15 web site. I got one quart of POR-15 from Sherwin Williams auto paint store in town for about $32.00, but it was their last quart and they said they were discontinuing it. I got another one from the POR-15 web site for $44.95. I'm hoping 2 quarts will be enough. Yep, ready for the hot tub now!
