Parts swapping

I have a '67 with excellent body and interior but the previous owner installed a V8 from a mid 50's Oldsmobile. It runs good but I see problems down the road with this combination. I have the chance to buy a '72 with a 350 and auto trans, less than 80,000 miles for $1,200.00. The body and interior are in pretty bad shape but the drivetrain is excellent. I also want to use the '72 for the power steering, power brakes, steering column, and the 5 bolt set up for my current 6 bolt. Are the mechanicals from '67 through '72 direct bolt ins? Thanks for your reply.
