Is the wire gutter included? Does the turn signals and return work properly?
Will it need to be rebuilt?

???? I'd like to know this also. I have another question, are 67-68's a different spline for the steering wheel?

yes it is good condition , to my knowledge all 67-72 have same spline

Just wanting to clarify: is the wiring the correct horseshoe connector? I can't tell from the pic, but it looks like there is an adapter of some sort. Would you say the tilt function is smooth? Can you comment on the function of the turn signal switch? In line pending answers.
