Re: Remote Start?

it can be done and if remember right we used the comand start for diesels. i use the glow plug output wire to a 12 electric solenoid (like an a/c one) placed on the carb to set the choke as you would with your foot on the gas pedal. the remote start is as good as the truck is at starting when you start it. so if its a good well tuned truck your good to go, or your back to a good tune up before you start the install.

the comand start for diesels is the one for gas carb eng. solonoid and bracket from most pre 1986 gm small block a/c (pick a part or auto wrecker is your best bet)
