Man this is getting weird. i just got a call from the owner who said a guy is coming from beaumont tonight with cash and if i want first dibs i need to wire her $500 via western union by 6pm tonight. i dont like the sounds of this.

Always risky, but if they accept payment with something in the memo its binding, unfortunatly it may cost you more than they would owe you to get it back if they skip on the deal.

yea, i just dont like the feel of it. Im just going to tell her ill be there when I can be and bring the cash with me, if it sells, it sells, Ill just ask she calls me if it does so I dont waste any more time.

Now Im running into a time constraint issue. I ship out for my next hitch (work on an offshore oil rig) Weds morning at 7am from Brownsville, Tx. my car hauler has two flats (two nails-ugh) so ill have to get those fixed tomorrow first thing. I can hook it down there, check it out, hook it back to dallas, unload and hook it 11.5 hours straight to Brownsville but man, that will be cutting it tight. I gotta do some quick thinking here since im 5 hours one way from the truck..........

I've followed this CL ad for a little over a week and the price has been dropping every couple of days, they might just need the cash asap and worried you wont show up from north Texas.
