what did the 10" rallies come off of?

Nothing.
They aren't an oem wheel.
They are strictly aftermarket.
Companies like Wheel Vintiques sell them.

Yes... Summit does still sell 10" rallys! I just bought a pair for the rear of my '79 about a month ago... They are mfg. by Wheel Vintiques and you can order direct from them but they're cheaper through Summit (free shipping). They also come powdercoated!

I am running them with 295/50/15's. This is with a 7" rear drop.
