88-98 Overhead Consoles NICE!!

I have a few overhead consoles in NICE condition. All of the overhead consoles are out of Suburbans but will fit all 1988 - 1998 Trucks. Some modification may be required to make the overhead consoles fit into regular cab trucks as they do not have the provisions in the roof. I ship through the Post Office. For payment I accept PayPal or a Postal Money order through the mail.

95-00 Overhead Console W/ heater controls- Gray - Price: $49.95 + shipping.

95-00 Overhead Console W/ heater controls - Blue - Price: $49.95 + Shipping SOLD

88-94 Overhead Console W/ Heater Controls- Tan with OEM Homelink unit. Price: $55 + Shipping SOLD

These consoles can be easily recovered to match any headliner color, they are all in excellent condition. Any questions please feel free to ask!

Thanks for looking!

The installation of these is actually fairly easy, it takes aprox 2 hours start to finish if it's your first time installing one. And it is definitely worth it, It really adds to the interior of your truck!

In short installation goes as follows. Cut to rectangular holes in your headliner for the overhead console to slide into the provisional holes in your inner roof, then run 2 wires into your dome lamp assy and ground one, then connect the other wire to the dome lamp wire. Then using a screw fasten the front of the console into the hole in the roof of your truck that is pre existing for the overhead console.

Again that's a quick round up of what is all needed to do, If you would like I can go into more detail on each step for you! Please let me know if you have any other questions, and I'll be more then happy to answer them however I can!

Ok, thanks for getting back. I will determine if i want to do this for sure and let you know. If you sell it before i make up my mind, thats fine. One more question: Do the heater controls go towards the front?

Thanks

Just so you know if you have a regular cab the holes in the roof aren't there. but a extended cab or crew cab has them. Im not sure what you have but I just thought I would tell you so if you have a regular cab you don't wast your money.

That is correct sir, as stated in the original post, the overhead consoles are not a direct fit for regular cabs and require modifications to fit into a regular cab. To mount an overhead console in a 88-98 Regular cab, you have to cut the taps off of the overhead console and fasten the console to the inner roof skin using screws or similiar hardware.

These Consoles are a direct fit for 88-98 Extended cabs, suburbans, and crew cabs.

We can also pre-install white LED's into the consoles map lights for an additional $20. Here is a picture of the comparision of color & intesity between the original bulb on left versus the 9 SMD LED on the left:

And here is a picture of the output of the map lights installed:

(NOTE: There is a 12 smd LED also installed in the dome lamp in this picture)
