where are you guys putting your main ground from battery? Originally on block.

I bolted mine to the font of the passengers side head.

Mine is bolted right on the motor mount perch, at the frame. then I ran on #8 from there to the cab, where the heater mounts are, just so they motor ground on the rear of the motor would have the best ground

my battery's in the back, so ground from batt goes to frame, one from motor to frame, one from frame to cab, and one from motor to cab....

ok. mine was originally bolted to the block and i was making sure i should put it back there.

I ran two big grounds. One over the drivers side and bolted to the block at the OE location. The other goes down to the passenger side frame rail.

I wouldn't think an aluminum head would be my 1st choice. My battery ground and efi system main ground go to the block (fr&bk). Block to frame, frame to cab and frame to bed.

I haven't had any problems with my ground connected to the aluminum head verses the cast iron block. Not all blocks are cast iron, some are aluminum.
