Help Me deside Blue/white or Orange/White

I am having trouble deciding on a paint scheme. My truck is currently blue and white but will be swapping out the cab so interior is going to be painted anyways. I am switching to a black interior from the blue, so it should match most any color.

What color do you guys think i should go with? Feel free to post pics of both styles of truck.

I really like orange trucks, but not sure how well it will look on a lifted 4x4... and unsure of the interior with black/orange. I also like the blue, and it was the stock color for the truck..... decisions decisions

Here is the truck. its a work in progress

Re: Help Me deside Blue/white or Orange/White

that's a no brainer! (ok, I just sold a blue/white truck and now I bought a green one - but I was LOOKING for an orange/white one). So, there you go. Can't beat orange on these trucks for some reason.
Orange interiors look awesome with black. Here's a few pics of some for inspiration. First one up is sameyrasmea's med red (but will give you an idea) cheyenne super... LOVE this truck. I think the 3rd is yote's. 4th pic is a 69/70 CST orange (or maybe red-orange, can't tell) with black buckets (shwing). My fave color combo is the last one - tangier orange and white.

Re: Help Me deside Blue/white or Orange/White

yeah the orange and black interior does look good. Im leaning more towards the orange vs the blue. I know blue was the factory color, but nothing else on the truck is stock.. so why paint it the stock color lol.

They both look good.... orange seems a bit more flashy and "hey look at me!" and blue more conservative & understated. Personally I'd choose blue but it's not my truck. Glad I could help.

Re: Help Me deside Blue/white or Orange/White

Well,I couldn't decide so I got one of each...a '72 K/20 Cheyenne Super Custom Camper in Red Orange & White and a '72 K/20 Custom Deluxe Highlander Custom Camper in Medium Blue & White. To break the tie,I'd consider leaving it original.

Never got any good pics of the Cheyenne Super, although I had it for 15 years:

Re: Help Me deside Blue/white or Orange/White

Well, mines blue and white....but.....the orange and white or red and white are right up there for sure.
I definitely like the fact that you see very few orange vehicles on the road and when combined with the white particularly on this truck design the result really is an great eye catching machine.
Good Luck

Re: Help Me deside Blue/white or Orange/White

As much as it pains me to say it (my college rivals colors are orange and black) the orange and black interior looks pretty slick.

I definitely think the orange and white will pop more than the blue and white. If I was in your shoes and didn't care about the factory color I'd go with the orange.
