Parting out an 87 GMC 1/2 ton LWB

My father and I are parting out this 87 GMC. The body is pretty much trash... Spent its life as a farm truck and looks the part. Intake and throttle body and all wiring/computer for that setup is coming off and going on his 86 and the 700R4 is also coming out but the rest is all good. If you are looking for something specific let me know. I will get some pics up later today along with more pricing.

Just wanted to get some feelers out so that I dont scrap something that someone needs. All prices that I post up are o.b.o.

The front bumper has the push gaurds on it. Great shape! $30 + shipping.

Re: Parting out an 87 GMC 1/2 ton LWB

What color/condition is the interior? Thinking of headliner, plastic headliner/window trim, seat belts, carpet. Does it have 16 or 20 gallon fuel tank(s)?

Thanks!

The interior is a tan/ light brown interior color... I can get you some pics later today. Overall the interior is in good shape for the year. The carpet is a bit warn but the rest is in pretty good condition.

The tanks, not real sure what size tanks are in it, but I do know that the passenger side tank is spoken for, regardless of size. My dads tank has a softball size hole in it on the top, not quite sure how that happened... I am in the process of ripping the bed off today so I will know more on the tanks then. How would I know if they were 16s or 20s??? (Sorry I am a 67-72 guy! LOL)

On the interior, would be interested in the headliner and plastic trims, will pass on the rest.

For the fuel tank, driver side is what I am looking for, as to size, I know the 16gal was used in the short-bed trucks, and measure about 42" in length. For the long-beds either size tank could be installed.

Thanks!
Bryan

Let me know a price on the headliner and trims, and what you find on the left side fuel tank. I am just south of Fort Worth so can make arrangements for pickup to save on shipping.

Thanks!

Which trims did you need/want? Just the ones that go around the headliner? Any chance you have a pic of the ones you needed? I am pretty sure that the tanks are 16 gallon tanks after initial glance, I will verify that my father only needs the right side and then we can go from there...
