Does anyone know of the "go to" site for ordering replacement parts for these trucks?

You live close to SpeedwayMotors.com (in Lincoln)
They will send you a catalog.

I have 5.3 sitting in the garage for it. I am in the process of trying to find a built 4l80e/th400 for it. Next winter I may do a turbo.

I am going to leave the original patina and do a satin clear. This will be a driver.

Re: Just brought home my 1947 3100

So we got a lot done today! Got the 4l80e cleaned up, new flex plate on the 5.3. Slid the motor and transmission in, fits like a glove!

Re: Just brought home my 1947 3100

Mostly everything I think. I have enough extra parts to build a 2nd one if I had another cab/chassis. I got a trailer full of extra parts with the truck when I bought it.
