What was this originally out of and are the brake drums salvageable?

Thanks.

That is out of a GMT-400 truck/van depending on WMS. It has slide off drums which were Express vans, and 1993 trucks/Suburbans. Also the extra ribbing on the center section is a dead giveaway to newer than square body.
