craiglist add not mine

http://springfield.craigslist.org/cto/4073557765.html

I had seen this the other day and i cannot get it out of my head. dont need it but i want the buddy buckets, is it worth 900.00 to buy. I do not know how hard it would be to sell the service bed if he wont keep the bed and remove it.

Complete with bed, not too bad of a price if the rust is minimal. Without bed and no engine it would not be worth it for me.

Be a nice restored work truck. Buddy buckets! Evil talk! All trucks must have bench seats! (Cue organ music).

I think that truck has been on there a while. I think you can move the body-eventually. If you have a place to store it, could work out. Probably would crush for $600 with the bed on, so if it was a rust bucket you could take the goodies and smush the rest and still come out about even for your trouble.

I doubt that's worth $600 in scrap, unless it's way higher than it's been all summer.I scrapped a 4wd '91 diesel Suburban minus trans/transfer case, but full of stuff and got $400 +/-. I can't tell if it's got buddy buckets. The seller seems all about that bed. Why not offer to buy for less w/o the bed?
