Help with wheel and tire size!

I am building a 68 chevy to be drag raced. My question is, how tall/wide of a tire can I run and stay up under the fenders? Also what wheel width and back spacing is needed? I am running a factory trailing arm setup with the stock 12 bolt and a step side bed. Thanks for any and all advice.
