Window/Roof joint

There is a considerable gap between the roof/driprail and the metal around the rear window metal. Is that something I should caulk/seam seal before I paint? There doesn't appear to be any sealer in there at all. Not sure if this is a potential/usual place for rust to start.

Soon I will be pulling the roof rack off, filling those holes and hopefully seam sealing the drip rails and all the other seams above the belt line and then painting the roof white.

Re: Window/Roof joint

I just went through the whole thread, unless you mentioned it in text only, I didn't see anything about filling that gap, or drip rail. Maybe I just missed it?
