4l60e...high hump or low?

Who has put one in and which hump is needed? I have low so I am sure it will need a high hump! Thanks in advance

Sherm a low hump will do fine, now if you were going to the 80E or the newer 6 speed auto, it needs a bigger hump. Three of my five are low humpers but I plan on changing at least two more of them mainly cause I prefer the look of the higher floor. I know that is crazy but,..... Jim

Jim is on the money. I just put an LS1/4l60e in my '67 Panel Truck with the low hump.
