Converting a 9" to Chevy 5on5

So I need to convert a Ford 9" to a Chevy 5x5 bolt pattern. I know I can have 5x5 shafts made but what about the brakes? Does someone make disk brakes in a 5x5 pattern that will bolt up to a 9" housing?

Also, who has good pricing on shafts? Moser and Currie tend to be pricy.

Some 1977-78 Lincoln MK IV series had the correct width 9 inch with a 5X5" bolt circle and disc brakes, even the stock truck emergency brake cable connects right up.
