Vons Grocery GMC's

I asked this question over on the ATHS website, but unfortunately no one had an answer. Maybe one of you guys remember.

Anyone in Southern California during the late-60's to mid-70's remember Vons propane fueled Jimmy's? They were H models, usually pulling doubles. I can't remember if they were HM's with 478 V-6's or HE's with 637 V-8's. They were a pretty common sight for some years before they were replaced with day cab Astro 95's and Transtars.
