I have one extra bedside toolbox lock cylinder for sale. These are different than the door lock cylinders. It comes with two replacement keys. You will have to use your clip and lock pawl off of the back of your lock. $25 + $2.54 shipping.

I put the other cylinder together this morning. It was missing a couple of parts but I had some good used spares. Here is a couple of pictures of it. It works good. Let me know.
