GMC grille letters

Maybe someone on here has tried this or knows the answer, but with the 66 GMC letters being stud mount, would the letters off of a 67-72 GMC fit the same? Or are they different size? Found a set of NOS letters advertised as 67+, but I honestly dont see much difference as far as just in the pictures.

Re: GMC grille letters

If you have a part number from those NOS letters, you could search it on http://www.gmpartswiki.com/ and see if the numbers match

Maybe this will help: http://www.gmpartswiki.com/getpage?pageid=63048

That's about what I found for them. Now I just need to determine if the medium duty truck letters are bigger than the ones used for the light duty trucks.
