I agree with Randy, and the rest of you guys. I have roughly $3000 in my truck right now, and the engine and front/rear suspension look WAY better than that. That's 10% of what he says he paid. Original rockers + nothing done to the frame + near factory drivetrain tells me he's full of crap or doesn't know how to spend his money very well. For $30K you could have a whole new truck.

i was just on a site that would restore a classic truck for around 30k and make it show winner... that is a little crappy looking to me. notice how much the price is at 6 or 7k last time i looked.

I like the bowtie on the steering wheel. $30,000 and he couldn't find one that said GMC on it?

It possible it's a factorty 3/4 ton and he doesn't know the difference. I've seen 3/4 and 1 ton trucks advertised as 1/2 ton before...

And for a brand new rebuild engine, is that overspray on the harmonic balancer?

Undercarriage looks really clean, but looks like it hasn't been touched really.

That bed could have been done. He said it was gone through about three years ago. If he didn't have a bed cover on it thats about what it would look like. Also, I'm not sure, but on the engine pic doesn't the alt. mount on the other side of non-A.C. trucks?

This is the correct alt mounting for both A/C and non A/C trucks.
