Horse Trailer

Well here it is,1 of my "Other" projects, lol.I have so many, not much time or money.I bought this trailer from an Estate sale. Its been parked since 2002,thats when the tag ran out.It needs to be gone over, tires ,new lights, and paint. It tows good,it has living quarters in front, with A/C .Plans are to upgrade to LED lights, new tires and wheels(the lug patern is GM truck, and I happen to have a set of truck ralleys to install)and a new RED paint job.Im thinking IH RED.

Re: Horse Trailer

that would be nice, bet the price was right too...

I spent a few days last summer helping my brother with his cattle trailer he bought. Needed a lot of lower steel replaced behind the wheels...

IH red with a white stripe down the side!

Oh, I am all for IH red. With some white, that'll be a right sharp trailer.

You stole that trailer man! But, I'm not tell you anything you odn't already know.

Re: Horse Trailer

IH red woud look good on it, but then again you could do a 2 tone like your tow rig.

Re: Horse Trailer

Looks like a good trailer, even though it is red. I replaced the bottom 12 inches on my grandfather's trailer years ago. And who would want an intertrashonal, green all the way. Or an allis chalmers, orange is cool.

Re: Horse Trailer

Allis chalmers! I've still got one! my dad bleeds JD Green so we always argue about which is better, but he wont hook them up end to end to see who pulls (mine is a might bigger!)

good looking trailer, how does the inside look?

Not too bad at all,the paint still shines,Im replacing all the interior of the living quarters.Im not into the 70's paneling, lol.Ive replaced the tail and side marker lights with LED's,that really changed the look of the trailer. Its coming alot nicely.Ill have it at the Auto Fair, its full of truck and car parts right now.
