Thanks guys. Yes I can't wait to drive it. This was initially just going to be an engine swap... and ...well ...I should have known better

So all my efforts are focused on getting it back on the road right now.

I just dropped off two of the wheels to be straigtened (had bent lips). Then they will be wrapped in rubber this weekend: Yoko S.Drive's

I think thats how we justify it, "oh, I think it just needs a new engine (a couple of hundred bucks right?) " it's never really that easy.

I think that will make a great first car for your young helper....or maybe not.

i just was looking through the posts again and noticed you modified the wheel well significantly. does this mean you will have to modify the rear seat too? as MSGROSS said someone's gonna get a sore arse
