Re: a different 4x4

Cool build! I dated a girl in High School that drove a Brat. That little sucker was great in the mud. She lived way out in the boonies. Her dad never believed the "we got stuck" story!!!

Re: a different 4x4

it had a custom exhaust on it before. 1.75" at the heads into the Y, and 2.25" the rest of the way back, and a Magnaflow straight through muffler at the rear....

I used to hate those Brats but I kinda dig this one. They are getting old/rare enough now to be cool.

Re: a different 4x4

yeah, the Brat's in really nice shape are sometimes going for prices 4x higher than "book value" even my insurance company is paying from a values book called "Cars of Interest" for my other Brat.. (Not an offroader )

BlueJeep has the cage and front bumper on it now, and the fuel cell put in the bed, literally

actually, the blue one has a 3" lift and 205/70R14 tires on it!!! Stock tires are 185/70R13 so the blue ones nose is 4" taller than a stock Brat....

Re: a different 4x4

it's moving under it's own power now...

just needs spring retainers in the upper front, and it's off to the exhaust shop...
